This is a slightly newer property, (18th century) renovated in 2003, offering a slightly cosier feel than the house with the tower, and contains a well equipped kitchen, separate dining room, shower room and living room on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a large hallway with spacious storage area and a shower room. The property will comfortably sleep 6 to 8 people.

The property can be accessed from the garden to the rear or from the village road to the front. From the rear of the property, there is a dedicated patio area from which you enter the galley style kitchen (5.6m x 1.75m). This is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave and rotisserie oven, with all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils to cater for at least 8 people. The rear doors lead out to the rear garden and patio area.

The kitchen provides access to the dining room (3.75m x 3.2m), which has a terracotta tiled floor, and an unusually low window overlooking the patio areas and rear garden. The room is furnished with an extendable dining table which seats 8 comfortably and a high chair can be made available if required.

From the kitchen there is also a doorway through to a large ground floor shower room (3.75m x 3.2m), which has a terracotta tiled floor and includes a shower, toilet, wash hand basin and bidet.

The last room accessed from the kitchen is the living room which is light and spacious, with comfortable seating as well as a TV/DVD player, CD/radio stereo and Play Station 2 just in case it rains and the kids or the adults fancy their chances at Grand Tourissmo or the dancing mats to help burn off the excesses of too much wine and cheese! There are also a few games and jigsaws and fiction books available for your use.

The lounge has a large archway leading through to the hallway providing direct access to the front of the property, and stairs that lead up to the first floor landing which provides a large built in wardrobe and shelving unit.

On the first floor, the largest of the 3 bedrooms is 6.18m x 3.3m with a feature archway, and spectacular views over the garden to the rear of the property. This room is generally set up as a double room with a king size bed, but is large enough to be used as a family room with extra beds available on request.

The second bedroom is a L shaped (3.5m x 5.5m max) double room and has a window facing onto the village square. This room provides a double bed, and there is plenty of room for a cot, which can be made available if required.

The third bedroom (3.27m x 2.56m) is the smallest room, with a window to the front of the property. The room contains twin single beds and would be ideal for children or adults. Again one of the beds could be replaced with a cot if required.

The upstairs shower room (3.75m x 2.15m) is adjacent the master bedroom and has a white suite including shower, toilet, basin and bidet.
