La Grange has an impressive gated entrance from the front courtyard, but is generally accessed from the rear garden via a side door, leading into the main open plan living space. This leads on to the kitchen area which is a little more 'French' than those in the houses, but retains all the necessary facilities including a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, calor gas cooker and hob, sink and open plan storage areas containing crockery and utensils for at least 4 people. There are also patio doors leading onto a small private garden/patio area, which then leads onto the larger garden area and swimming pool. La Grange also benefits from a ground floor shower room, toilet and wash basin.
La Grange although more basically converted than the two houses is definitely full of charm and character as it is now, but it has so much more potential that we hope to enhance with further improvements over the next year by installing a fitted kitchen, a wood burning stove, and a large refectory table. (as soon as we find the right one!) This will allow for greater flexibility in terms of catering for large groups should all three properties be let to the same party, whilst still enabling individual letting opportunities for smaller groups.
